Trinity Valley Community College is located in Athens, Texas. It is a two year theatre training program. TVCC also hosts a Summer Drama Workshop each year. The summer theatre camp, is the only one of its kind in Texas, allowing students from all over the state to experience advanced classes in acting and theatre while earning college credit. Campers are cast in one of five mainstage shows that will be rehearsed during the camp's three week period. In addition the TVCC theatre department produces eight mainstage shows a year ensuring stagetime for all majors.
